“In che paese ci siamo ridotti a vivere?” si chiedeva questa mattina Gustavo Zagrebelsky su La Repubblica.
Una buona parte della risposta si può ottenere rileggendo la cronaca di quest’estate: dalla politica, al calcio, dalla finanza ai servizi segreti nulla funziona secondo lo stato di diritto. Tutto segue la sola logica dell’interesse, senza alcun conflitto. Dovrebbero essere le regole a mediare l’interesse privato, sottoponendolo a quello pubblico.
Ma le regole non fanno da sole, devono essere fatte applicare.
Di fronte all’ordnanza del Gip di Milano pochi sono rimasti stupiti. Da mesi si sospettava quello che solo ieri è risultato essee confermato da quei “gravi indizi di colpevolezza” che hanno giustificato le misuire cautelari.
E’ emerso che il soggetto responsabile della sicurezza Telecom, a fronte di un’anarchia interna, al forte legame con la presidenza (che guardacaso si è dimessa qualche giorno prima) e la dipsonibilità di fondi, svendeva la propria delicatissima funzione ad un’agenzia investigativa, collegata con vari altri investigatori locali e società estere.
E sopratutto collegata con i servizi segreti.
Oggetto dello spionaggio erano dipendenti (fatto gravissimo che evidenzia come si “fa” impresa in Italia), imprenditori, concorrenti diretti o indiretti di Telecom e Pirelli (guardacaso di proprietà identica, rivelandio ancora una volta il legame con il managment di Telecom), imprenditori, politici, giornalisti e persino uomni di sport.
Apro un inciso: chissà perchè venivano controllati dal responsabile della sicurezzaTelecom uomini di sport (come l’arbitro De Santis)? Magari il fatto che l’azionista di controllo di Telecom è anche vicepresidente dell’Inter? Altro collegamento con la dirigenza.

Zagrebelsky spera in una smentita sul fatto che “quel tale responsabile della sicurezza in Telecom avrebbe svolto anche un ruolo direttivo della struttura addetta alla messa sotto controllo legale delle utenze telefoniche per disposizione dell´autorità giudiziaria!”
Non credo che giungerà una smentita dai fatti.
